Nice booklet of 25 stamps of the red 14¢ Queen Elizabeth II definitive from 1978 with a substantive upward colour shift of the engraved black inscriptions causing the top "14 POSTAGE / POSTE" inscription to appear inside the frame. The error is present on the 25 stamps inside the booklet! It also the contains the variety "notch in lower frame" (pos. 27), as seen in the lower right stamp of the scan.
