Example (position 27) of the 1978 red 14¢ Queen Elizabeth II definitive with perforations of 12.0 x 12.5 and straight edge (from the booklet pane #716b). Showing a printing colour shift on the black engraved inscriptions! The shift is downward, causing the "CANADA" inscription to start below the lower white frame, but also to the right, revealing "POSTAGE/POSTES" in the right white frame!!
