Scarcer version of the 2009 Year of Astronomy souvenir sheet with a red fluorescent overprint on the upper left (father holding boy hand). But even without a UV lamp, it can be differentiated from its regular counterpart by its barcode, which ends with 07202 4 over a yellowish background (vs. 07203 1 over a white background for the regular #2323).
