Nice copy of the blue 5¢ stamp from the 1969 Christmas issue with WCB tagging and the black arch by chin variety at position 5 (cv. $15), it also has a nice small "hickey" flaw above the "5" facial value causing the failure of the transfer of the blue lithographic ink! There is also a light magenta "doughnut" flaw above the little girl head!
